Celina Di Cecca
Celina Di Cecca, was born in Hamilton, Ont, and picked up her first fiddle at age 4. Once exposed to the toe tapping melodies of Old-Time Canadian Fiddle music, she fell in love with the genre and has been an avid performer for over 15 years. Celina brings a dynamic finesse to her stage performance and is a highly sought after live and studio musician in her area. She has an honors degree from The University of Western Ontario in Music Education, and has successfully built her private music studio, Celina's String Studio, into a well respected music school throughout southern Ontario. Currently residing in London, Ont, she is active as a fiddle instructor at fiddle camps throughout Ontario and as a judge at local fiddle contests.
